What Is Holistic Health?
Holistic is a word often misunderstood. The word holistic simply means whole. Understanding a holistic health philosophy means you recognize that all of the body's systems are highly integrated.
The health of one system, or lack thereof, has a direct affect on the function and health of the other systems of the body and overall physiology.
For example; if an individual has a hormonal imbalance, this will have a direct affect on the endocrine system and the body's physiological function, which will have a direct effect on the central nervous system, which in turn has a direct effect on the digestive system, and so on. Essentially it becomes a domino effect.
This is the core premises of our Holistic Lifestyle Coaching program in which we teach our clients "The 6 Irrefutable Components to Creating a Healthy Lifestyle". These components: Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep / Repair, and Spirituality are vital to address for an individual to fully reach their potential of increased health and vitality. To truly reach our potential of health and vitality, we must have a healthy musculoskeletal system, nervous system, hormonal system, endocrine system, and optimal nutrition to support our physiology.
At Trinity Holistic Health & Training, each one of our clients go through very comprehensive evaluations of the musculoskeletal system, orthopedic test, nutritional analysis, and a myriad of other physiological evaluations to identify various imbalances in your physiology. Our goal is to correct these imbalances to allow the body to return to optimal physiology and bio mechanical function so that our clients can live a healthy lifestyle full of vitality, free of pain, dysfunction and chronic degenerative disease.

We are precise in choosing the exercises, stretches, and mobilizations in your program. We have an intended outcome for every single movement used in our approach. You will experience exercise prescription with surgical precision.
EVALUATION AND PROGRAM DESIGN
The resulting data received from the musculoskeletal, length tension, range of motion, core, and functional evaluations will help us identify the sources of your health or performance obstacles, allowing us to target high priority areas in your program. Our objective is to prescribe exercise and stretching/mobilization routines with surgical precision.
WHOLE IN ONE GOLF CONDITIONING
The Whole in One concept is based upon the principles of functional exercises that are designed to restore balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination of the sports specific movement patterns in golf.
STOTT Pilates is a contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph Pilates’ original exercise method. Its exercises safely deliver optimal improvement in posture and function as well as strength, flexibility and endurance.
NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY (NMT)
NMT is a thorough program of recovery from acute and chronic pain syndromes which utilizes specific tissue therapy, flexibility stretching, and home care to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns. This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and it releases endorphins, the body's own natural pain killers. It can be part of a comprehensive program, complementing all other health care modalities.
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Small group and One-on-One Yoga. By focusing on breathing while performing a series of stretches, participants will strengthen & tone muscles and increasing flexibility & circulation.
