As well as acquiring his degree in Fitness & Wellness / Exercise Physiology, Chris was a collegiate athlete at Louisiana College as a catcher on the Wildcat baseball team.
Along with his degree, Chris has been granted full board certification as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners Accreditation Board. As a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Chris utilizes a unique approach with his clientele in order to aid them in reaching their goals. The holistic methodology recognizes that a person's injury, physical limitations, and decreased performance are a result of physiological, biochemical, hormonal, and musculoskeletal imbalances within the entire body. Through detailed and accurate Orthopedic and Functional Assessments / Evaluations as well as assessing Nutritional and Lifestyle Factors, Chris is able to account for these various imbalances within a person's entire kinetic chain. This extensive evaluation process into the human frame allows for the proper determination of nutritional requirements as well as the development of individualized training programs to attain the highest level of success for each client. The goal of this unique approach is to restore musculoskeletal alignment and biochemical balance to the body allowing for optimal function. This approach is unique in that it is based on the core concept of individuality and determining the etiology of the imbalances rather than the symptoms the imbalances have created.
