Brandon Alleman

Philosophy

Brandon’s passion for the human body-mind and all that impacts its health is unrivaled.  His passion began with curiosity and a desire to learn more about nutrition and physiology beginning at 15 years of age.  That passion developed into a lifelong love of health and fitness, and a desire to influence the way people THINK about their body, movement, food, and health. After rehabilitating himself from a back injury at age 17, recognizing the limitations and shortcomings in the world of rehabilitation, nutrition, and the traditional health care system, Brandon promotes the concept of holistic health.  In order to be pain-free and healthy, one must be willing to take complete and total responsibility for one’s Life – physically, chemically, and emotionally.

Brandon’s journey has since included years of traveling the country and literally thousands of hours of education from the world’s finest professionals in Orthopedic Physical Assessment, Corrective Exercise Kinesiology, Applied Kinesiology, Functional Muscle Neurology, Therapeutic Neuro-Summation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Physiology, Holistic Nutrition, Functional Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Cures, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, and many other applications of health.  As a result, Brandon has received some of the highest certifications in the field as a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Practitioner (C.H.E.K. Practitioner, Lv3) and is Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Approach

Brandon’s greatest passion lies with helping those with chronic musculoskeletal pain and degenerative conditions of all kinds.  Brandon does NOT diagnose or treat conditions, pathology, illness, or disease of any kind. His corrective philosophy is based on the reduction and removal of “blocks” to optimal function and health.  The removal of these “blocks” results in harmony that is felt throughout the systems of the human body-mind.  From this place of harmony, the human body-mind will function optimally and experience abundant health.

Brandon is a man of reason and is happy to walk his talk through his Life and his work.  He works with local, national, and international clients and is truly holistic in his approach.  Contact him today to find the best strategy for you.

  • Full Body Certified Active Release Technique (ART) Provider (The only certified LMT in Baton Rouge)

Being an athlete my whole life I have undergone my fair share of injuries. Understanding the frustration injuries can have on day to day life I have a sincere desire to help anyone overcome their own physical ailments.  After graduating from LSU with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology, I began working in multiple rehab and fitness settings. Realizing how little was truly being done to help people "function" better I decided to dedicate my studies on how to help people overcome chronic pain by improving their overall function.  Since then I have gained multiple certification and worked with a variety of conditions ranging from stroke victims, Parkinson's disease clients, and Traumatic Brain injuries which presented a variety of conditions, including the reduced use of knee, back, elbow, ankle, shoulder, and neck pain.  I have also been able to work with numerous athletes. I have not only had success returning them from injury to health, but also improve their performance past traditional techniques.
